GENERAL

Do you work on weekends?

Yes! Appointments take place during the weekend so you don't have to take a day off.

Can men use your services?

Absolutely!

In which language do you work?

I work in English. I also speak Polish and some Dutch.

In what city do you work?

  • Style Consultation: Antwerp / Brussels / Leuven / Mechelen
  • Closet Cleaning: all over Belgium
  • Personal Shopping: Antwerp

What colour type classification do you use?

I use the warm and cool classification. It is the most general ranking and I believe it’s the most practical and user-friendly as well. I noticed that more specific rankings often create confusion and narrow down the possibilities to play around with colours. I want my clients to know their colour type and what it means when looking for clothes. I want them to feel free to reach for any colour they like, understanding that what really matters is the warm or cool shade.

CLOSET

How long does the Closet Cleaning appointment take?

It usually takes about 4 hours. Although it depends on the size of your closet and amount of clothes you have. We will divide your things in 3 categories: keep, recycle or toss. Next, I will show you how to combine your clothes to create multiple different outfits. I will also make a shopping list of crucial items that you are currently missing your closet.

What will be left in my closet after the Closet Cleaning appointment?

Everything that suits your body and colour type, and is in good condition. Worn out, decoloured or damaged items will be removed. You can be sure that all the clothes that will stay in your closet are right for you and make you look great. My job is to create for you flattering, practical and complete wardrobe. So the time you need to get dressed in the morning is reduced to minimum.

What about clothes I wear around the house?

If they are in a good condition and make you look and feel good – they are a keeper. However, old, stretched out sweat pants will have to go.

Does the Closet Cleaning appointment make sense if nothing in my closet goes together?

Yes. I will evaluate if that’s really the case and show you how you can combine your clothes. I will also make a list of items you should buy to maximize the use of what your have.

How often I should review my wardrobe?

You should do it twice a year, to prepare a new season (spring/summer and autumn/winter). Or at least once a year.

PERSONAL SHOPPING

How long does the shopping with the Personal Shopper take?

It usually takes about 5 hours. Although it depends on what you need, your budget and how quick you make decisions. Each person is different and has different needs that’s why I have for you the whole day. My job is to find you great looks that make you feel amazing, and to do it efficiently.

Is the shopping budget included in the price of the service?

No. When hiring a personal shopper, you pay for the expertise, support, comfort and efficiency.

What budget should I prepare?

It depends on what you need and how much do you want to spend. The usual budget is between €500 and €2000. Keep in mind that you are going to have you few complete looks, including shoes and often jacket and a bag. If you need 1-2 looks or an outfit for a particular occasion (e.g. wedding) - smaller budget will be sufficient.

What shops do you go to?

It depends on what you need, your style and budget. I mainly go to high street and premium high street shops.

In what city do you go shopping?

Antwerp.

Do I have to buy an item even though I don’t really like it?

Absolutely not! At moments you might feel outside of your comfort zone but remember that my goal is to find outfits that empower you. The empowerment comes from looking great on the outside and at the same time feeling great on the inside. If you want to work on your look you need to be open to my suggestions. However, the final decision is always yours!

Can I take someone with me on the Personal Shopping day?

No. This day is all about you. I am 100% focused on you and I need your focus as well. This way you get the full benefit of the experience. Other people (friend, partner, sister, mother, etc) see you through their subjective lance and might influence your decisions.
