I'M BO. IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU!

I grew up surrounded by elegant women. My grandmother was a self-thought seamstress with a great sense of style and eye for detail. Everything she had
made was meant to flatter the body in the best possible way. Longer hem?
Check.Slimmer sleeves? Check. My mother and aunt were very lucky. Their
clothes were perfectly fitted, beautiful and unique. My grandmother ensured
her daughters and her were always dressed well to the occasion. Which wasn’t
always easy, giving the harsh reality of Poland of those times. She was creative
and inventive. Her once evening gown would be transformed into a prom dress
for my mother to eventually become the dress that 6-year-old me
would wear on special occasions.

The significance of an outfit and the importance of the perfect fit seemed for years obvious to me. I have known that clothes hold great power since I can remember. I would reach for that power time and time again. And with quite some success, I must (immodestly) admit. Over the years many people would acknowledge my efforts and asked to go shopping with them and help put outfits together. It was fascinating to watch someone transforming into a more confident and comfortable version of himself/herself. I really enjoyed that process and began to realise I could help people with that. I eventually decided to quit my career in corporate banking and give my full attention to PERSONAL STYLING. My work is about YOU.

Besides styling I love traveling and discovering the world. One of those travels brought me here, Belgium, 10 years ago. I also like being active and working on building a healthy life. My biggest weakness though has always been movies and chocolate which is neither very active nor very healthy.. ;)
I believe in authenticity and pursuit of a better version of yourself. I use clothes to bring the immediate change in how we see and think about ourselves.
